Nathalie Alvarez is a Client Assistant who supports clients and advisors by helping manage account openings, money movement requests, and client paperwork. She serves as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, follow-up, and account-related needs while working closely with her advisor to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Prior to joining Baird, Nathalie worked as an Administrative Assistant and Client Associate at Wells Fargo, where she supported office operations, assisted clients with account requests, and handled client documentation and mail in accordance with compliance requirements.
Nathalie has about three years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University. She has completed the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) exam and is currently pursuing her Series 7 license.
Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys hiking, puzzles, baking, and exploring new food spots.
